Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Product
Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it securely in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to the box and ship the item via a trackable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
